• Check in from 2 pm to 8 pm the day of your reservation. Late check-ins will be accommodated by prior arrangement.
• Check out by 11 am the day of departure.
• We will happily store your luggage for up to 12 hours before check in or after check out.
• Due to the limited amount of room availability at The Gables, we are unable to fulfill requests for early check-ins and late check-outs.
• Our personalized service and convenient location make The Gables Inn a nice alternative to a typical New Jersey Shore vacation rental. We are happy to provide information about Long Beach Island attractions and activities. Kindly let us know if we can be of further assistance in your travel planning.
• An elegant breakfast is included with your room, beginning the morning after your first night’s stay, throughout your occupancy, and including the morning of your departure.
• Complimentary afternoon refreshments will be offered to all overnight guests of The Gables.
• Daily beach badges will be presented to our guests at check in. We will remind you to return those badges prior to check out in order to avoid a $25 charge.
• Breakfast is served between 8:00 am and 11:30 am, in the parlor, or in your room. Kindly state your preferences for service at check-in.
• When entertaining guests, an ala Carte menu is available.
• We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only; please inquire as to those details at check-in.
• We are unable to accommodate family pets or children under the age of 12. Our guestrooms are designed for double occupancy only.
• A deposit of 50% of your total reservation charge will be taken at the time of reservation. The balance due will be collected at check-in.
• Cancellations will be honored with 30 days advanced notice; a service charge of $25 will be applied to cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival. We will do everything we can to assist in reducing your charges on cancellations made with less notice; if we are unable to fill your room nights with another guest reservation, a charge for each night your room remains open will be incurred.
